PRACTICE SUNDAY with Patxi Lizardi

For the thirty-sixth consecutive year, the EYI-Iyengar Yoga Centre of Madrid-Sol is organising three days of practice directed by Patxi Lizardi.

The days of this course will take place on the following dates:

Sunday 16th November 2025
Sunday 22nd March 2026
Sunday 14th June 2026

These workshops are aimed at all practitioners who have been practising Iyengar Yoga for at least one year, with or without a teacher. To register for these sessions, you must register in person at the Centre or by calling during office hours.

The sessions do not take place in the Centre’s hall, in Carrera de San Jerónimo, so at the time of registration you should confirm the place where the course will be held or consult the Centre’s notice board. Each participant must bring their own material, duly marked.

Class times will be from 10:00 to 17:30, with a break at midday. The price will be 80 euros per day. For further information, please contact:
