SUMMER WEEKS with Patxi Lizardi

The E.Y.I.-Iyengar® Yoga Centre of Madrid-Sol is organising, for the thirty-fifth consecutive year, three intensive weeks of yoga, on a residential basis, directed by Patxi Lizardi. The three weeks will be of different levels:

Level I : From 19 to 25 July

Level II : From July 26th to August 1st.

Level III : From the 2nd to the 8th of August

From Monday to Friday, every day one and a half hours of pranayama and five and a half hours of asanas, on Saturdays pranayama as on the other days and a short asana session.
