DESCRIPTION:Emilio Hidalgo will lead an intensive day of practice in Madrid, on Sunday 10 May 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00.\nParticipants must have practiced with a certified IYENGAR® Yoga teacher recognised by RIMYI, and be able to stay in Salamba Sirsasana and Salamba Sarvangasana for at least 5 minutes.
