DESCRIPTION:The IYENGAR® YOGA SHALA – Centro de Yoga IYENGAR® de Madrid-Chamartín is organising, for the 20th consecutive year, an intensive week of practice in Madrid directed by Emilio Hidalgo and Nicole Seipp.\nThe dates will be from Monday 27th to Friday 31st July 2026 (both inclusive).\nThe timetable (daily) will be from 16:00 to 21:30. The programme will consist of daily asana and pranayama practice. Attendance at all classes is compulsory.\nLocation: at the Centre itself.\nLevel: Participants must have practised with a certified IYENGAR® Yoga teacher recognised by RIMYI, and be able to stay in Salamba Sirsasana and Salamba Sarvangasana for at least 5 minutes.
